After graduating from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies in 1992, Alex started his career at Rohm Co. Ltd, a semiconductor manufacturer. As a sales engineer, he helped develop custom-made LSI for his clients, Samsung Electronics and Motorola, and also increased sales revenue in Europe. After nearly 10 years of working as a regional sales manager at Keyence Corporation, known for sensors and measuring instruments, Alex started his new career as a director of the Chicago-based Mold & Die Department of Mitsui & Co. Ltd. His responsibilities include managing PL of the company, overseeing 17 employees, increasing sales revenue while lowering the cost of operation while his employment at Mitsui. In February 2007, he founded A-Lex International Marketing, LLC and continues his contributions to local and international companies.

After graduating from Okayama University with a BA and the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with an MA, Kazuyo joined Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. in Vernon Hills, Illinois in 2010. She was engaged in documentation, research, marketing communication, and training related to FA products. Aspiring to be a part of the overseas development of Japanese companies, she took a position as a VP of Marketing at A-Lex in August 2017.
Prior to joining A-Lex International Marketing, Takayo worked in Osaka as a section chief in the sales department of t Sharp Corporation, known for consumer electronics. Takayo supervised department employees while assisting sales managers with accepting orders and on-time delivery. During her time at Sharp, she also gained experience in accounting. In 2013, she joined A-Lex to manage customer support and accounting.
